We'll pick you up at your Hotel at 8:30 am, and head out to enjoy the espectacular landscape of the Cauca river Valley and its amazing sugarcane plantations.
In the morning we'll go to the Hacienda Piedechinche, also known as the sugar cane museum. There we will enjoy the fantastic gardens and learn a little about the sugarcane mills history and visit the ancient house of the 1800s.
We'll have lunch around noon in a very beautiful and typical restaurant where the food is delicious.
After that we'll go to the "Hacienda El Paraiso"(Paradise Hacienda), home of Jorge Isaacs, the most famous South American writer in the 1800s. Jorge Isaacs is the author of "La María", which is considered to be the most important Novel of South American Romanticism. The visit to this ancient and beautiful farm revolves around the romantic story of La María.
We will arrive to the hotel back at 4 pm. Being in this amazing gardens with beautiful trees will recharge your energy and leave you in a fantastic mood.
