Popayan has what is considered one of the most beautiful and best preserved colonial downtowns in Latin America. We'll see the colonial architectural jewels of "the white City" and enjoy its museums and gastronomy.

We'll leave the hotel in Cali at 6:00 am and head to Popayán in a comfortable 4x4 air-conditioned car. We shall arrive to our destination at around 9:00 am where we will have breakfast.
During the day we'll visit the Colonial Religious Art Museum and enjoy its spectacular collection of paintings, silver works, and gorgeous sculptures. We'll also go to the Guillermo León Valencia Museum. León Valencia was the president of Colombia in the middle of the XX century. This museum is full of history and objects from the 18th and 19th centuries. Afterwards, we'll head to "Pueblo Patojo", a scaled model version of Popayán and its most important Architectonic Spaces. Here we'll decide which of the Churches and colonial hotspots (such as the Caldas Park and Clock Tower, among others) we'll visit in the historical downtown.
We'll have lunch at 12:30 pm in a nice restaurant and continue our tour of the downtown area. We'll leave Popayán at 3:00 pm and arrive to Cali between 7 and 8pm, approximately.
